Job Description:
  • Process a high volume of employee claims on a timely basis
  • Validate claimed items, receipts, supporting documents submitted by employees according to company policies
  • Act as a Subject Expert Matter in terms of claims processing, respond to any queries received from employees in an efficient manner
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and update any changes to company policies
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • 2 - 5 years relevant work experience in a dynamic environment would be preferred
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Positive working attitude and a strong team player
  • Detail oriented with a flexibility of doing data entry tasks
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and managing multiple stakeholders
