Job description

• To ensure all routine cost related invoices are submitted and processed on time.
• To verify the invoice with Request Order (If the request not via E-Procurement), Purchase Order, Work Order/Delivery Order, Approval/Agreement and any other related documents to ensure the amount charged tallies as per item and quantity services delivered or rendered.
• Update the Verification Database to check the right unit price and monitor monthly expenses.
• To input details in the system and ensure expenses are captured accurately
• To scan the invoice with supporting document, and then save all softcopy documents in the Approval Folder for filling purpose.
• Update on the tracking of Cost Unit Summary, to ensure unit price must be tallied as per invoices charged.
• Any dispute or finding (recovery related) must be record and update in the Finding Report, this is to ensure the payment can be recovered back to company Account.
• Review and check the status of outstanding payment based on supplier’s Statement of Account (SOA). Identify invoice which yet to process and ready to pay, then highlight it to the superior. And ensure all the outstanding invoices received by superior for the next action.
• Any dispute during verification must be followed up and recover accordingly.
• Direct recovery, must be forward and reported in Finding Report and highlight it to the Recovery Team for their next action.
