AirAsia X is seeking a Flight Operations Admin Executive to be part of our winning team!
The Administrator in the Flight Operations department is expected to provide support to the Administration Manager in liaison and communication between the management and the crew members to ensure smooth running of operations, to monitor, maintain, update and check records as per company’s requirement.
The functional areas of administrative support includes but not limited the following:
All regulatory and non-regulatory training programme
Yearly line check planning
Database in Airplane Information Management System (AIMS)
Recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and probation
CAAM Attestation cards
Medical assessments as per company’s requirements
Filing of mandatory documents to the relevant governmental and regulatory body
Any other additional task based on business and operation needs
The ideal candidate should have the following traits
Ability to inspire, and build trust and respect among CC community
Able to work independently with good work ethics and personality
Resilience and stamina with emphasis on solution seeking
Excellent problem solving and strong decision making skills
Familiarity on social media and other professional networks
Uphold high standards of integrity and exercise discretion with confidential information
Collaborative and a good team player
The preferred candidate should fulfill the following criteria:
A minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience
A Diploma holder in any area of study
Computer literate
Have basic understanding and knowledge of cabin crew operations, in-flight service standards and understanding of aviation policies and regulations.
Have good command of written and spoken English.
