- Check guests in and out of their rooms
- Answer any questions guests have
- Store any luggage guests have
- Answer the phone and direct the call
- Take reservations on the phone
- Bilingual in English & Korean
- Flexible Schedule
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Good Computer Skills
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required (Management will train)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
