• Greeting visitors • Helping visitors to navigate through an office • Coordinating events & interview schedules with respective Head of departments and candidates • Maintaining calendars for appointments/events • Sort mail, make copies and plan travel arrangements • Assisting in office purchases via approved vendor • Solid reporting to Office Administration & Purchasing Analyst (OAPA) and work alongside with Human Resources • Supportng ad-hoc office matters with OAPA to ensure successful execution of plans and given tasks.We are a manufacturer with laboratory that produce medical and vision related lenses, eye testing equipment and personal protective equipment to correct vision impairment. We have permitted chemical and items in the laboratory as well to produce mass eye protective and corrective lenses to local market. Patient with eyesight issues will require the products to correct their eye sight. We supply our medical vision related products to hospitals, optometry institutions (UKM,USM etc), ophthalmologist clinics, optical shops and eye sight testing centers.
