• Ensure admission of patient procedures executed in professional manner
• Keep abreast with developments in hospital services and business office work processes
• Balance cashier report with daily collection, drop off daily collection into designated safe box at the end of duty/as and when needed
• Ensure initial reports are completed by consultant in stipulated time set, follow up with doctors on the progress of completion of claim form when necessary
