Overview:
Manage all aspects of the Retail Warehouse including daily operation by building a strong team through effective recruiting, training, and development. The role is also responsible for accurate inventory management through shipping and receiving products internally and externally. Finally working closely with peers in Merchandise and Games to insure an efficient and accurate yearend inventory.

1-3 years Leadership Experice in a retail or warehouse setting
Manage all aspects of the Retail Warehouse including daily operation by building a strong team through effective recruiting, training, and development. The role is also responsible for accurate inventory management through shipping and receiving products internally and externally. Finally working closely with peers in Merchandise and Games to insure an efficient and accurate yearend inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Manages all shipping and receiving internally and externally for the Retail division. This includes verifying receipts, processing receivers through the inventory system, working with accounts payable to pay invoices, and working with vendors to communicate corrections on invoicing.
- Responsible for assisting in the creation of the Warehouse budget, and working within those parameters throughout the season.
- Responsible for the daily operation of the Retail warehouse including opening and closing of the facility, distribution of duties amongst team, and daily staffing decisions pending workload and departmental staffing needs.
- Responsible for Interviewing, hiring, training, and general staffing of the Retail Warehouse.
- Some purchasing duties for specific classes of products within Merchandise.
Qualifications:
1-3 years Leadership Experice in a retail or warehouse setting
High School Diploma required, Associates Degree or Vocational/Technical degree preferred.
Forklift experience preferred.
