Job description

Responsibilities:

Study solution and translate into test plan and test scripts.

Assist in conducting user acceptance testing.

Assist in development of documentation required to support proposed solutions and for training.

Assist in user training for the proposed solutions.

Provide accurate and timely update on work status to team leader.

Requirements:

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Business

Administration/Management Information System/Information Technology or equivalent.

Able to work in a team environment.

Able to document in a clear and concise manner.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Capable of working under own initiative, under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Experience in system analysis, design and software development in Java or C#.net is an added advantage.

Experience in business process re-engineering and business process improvement is an advantage.

Working knowledge in Enterprise Business Solution (e.g. CRM, ERP) is an advantage.

Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Required language(s): English (verbal & written).

Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written), Chinese (verbal & written).

Skilled in using Microsoft Office Application especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Access.

Business writing skill is preferred.
