Job description
  • Provide clerical support to the security department
  • Maintain and manage security files in an organized manner
  • Provide administrative support in implementing security and safety policies.
  • Maintain and manage databases in a secured manners
  • Types correspondence, reports and other materials as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum SPM/ Diploma
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in administrative/clerical works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated experience in office procedures and related clerical duties
  • Ability to work in a team and can interact in a professional manner in both individual and group
  • Must have good oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to understand and carry out task assigned based on oral and written instructions
  • To maintain company records & to meet and deal effectively with the public authorities as and when necessary
  • Computer literate. Has knowledge in using any other software is and added advantage
  • Male candidate is preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From RM1,500.00 per month
