General Clerk (Based in HQ Office)
Job description
- Provide clerical support to the security department
- Maintain and manage security files in an organized manner
- Provide administrative support in implementing security and safety policies.
- Maintain and manage databases in a secured manners
- Types correspondence, reports and other materials as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/ Diploma
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in administrative/clerical works. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in office procedures and related clerical duties
- Ability to work in a team and can interact in a professional manner in both individual and group
- Must have good oral and written English communication skills
- Ability to understand and carry out task assigned based on oral and written instructions
- To maintain company records & to meet and deal effectively with the public authorities as and when necessary
- Computer literate. Has knowledge in using any other software is and added advantage
- Male candidate is preferable
