What is your Mission
· Primarily handle inquiries from both sellers and buyers via various contact channels.
· Level 1 CS is expected to provide first contact resolution as per the standard operating procedures. In the event of non-FCR, you are expected to follow up and respond back to user on timely manner.
· To record case details in CRM.
· To meet key performance metrics.
· To communicate with key stakeholders when necessary.
· To communicate effectively and accurately when communicating with users.
· To take on ad-hoc projects/assignments.
· To assist to handle other inbound contacts when required.
· Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX
Who are we looking for?
· Possess at least a diploma (any field).
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Business Writing skill is a must.
· Empathetic and can communicate in a caring and friendly manner.
· Strong time management skills and motivation to exceed expectations.
· Ability to work with systems you may not have come across before.
· Enjoy working in a fast paced and changing work environment.
· Tech savvy and comfortable working with technology.
· Strong team spirit with a passion and drive to help users and to deliver the best customer experience.
· Good verbal and written communication skills.
· Preferably with 1 year of contact center experience mainly in customer service.
· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Independent and self-motivated.
· Excellent attention to detail.
