Global E-commerce Contact Center Services : Short Video Hosting Platform- For MALAYSIAN only
- Can start work immediately
- Minimum Diploma Certificate
- Fresh graduates in any field are encourage to apply
- No working experience required, training will be provided
- Can speak fluent English & Malay
- Able to work 24/7 Shift (Night shift allowance provided)
- Job Scope:
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers via phone (inbound). This may be extended to other channels (email, live chat, social media) based on your skills.
- Providing accurate information on products and services to customer.
- Consistently meeting individual and team KPIS and goals
- Maintaining a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – keeping customers’ information confidential at all times.
- Salary: RM2,700 + RM 100 + EPF, SOCSO, EIS provided
