We have almost 1,800 employees for Application Build & Support in Cyberjaya with over 5,000 IT Professionals in DHL IT Services worldwide. To raise the bar and keep track of our software development quality, we always aim to develop a better software by constantly introducing key new features to help ensure our code fulfills the requirements business expects.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a wide range of talents in different job scope:

• Software Engineer: Assist in new and existing application and software development. You shall apply standard methodologies when creating new programs and applications (developing and coding from specifications) or when maintaining existing ones.
• Software Tester: Exposed to both manual and automation testing to ensure the quality of the developed product.
• Project Management: Involve in the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to support on exciting projects locally and globally. Be ready to be trained on your stakeholder management skillsets, you’ll also learn how to continuously maintain and monitor project data so that quality requirements are met.

• Consultant: To assist in consultancy assignments/work packages (new services, deployments, service take-on) which meet the needs of the customer (regional or global). This includes supporting analysis and decomposition of functional, technical and business requirements which may contribute to the successful design, assist in building and implementation of solutions, supporting business cases and other related documentation such as business or system requirements documents.

• Service Desk Support: Provide first level of IT Support to DPDHL Internal IT users across Asia-Pacific Region. Training will be provided on troubleshooting and various Service Desk tools, hence we also welcome those from non-IT background as long as you are willing to learn!

• HR Talent Management & Recruitment: You’ll be assigned the editorial responsibility to create internal communication materials such as bulletins to promote career opportunities for internal talents; maintain talent movement records, data and platform management. You’ll also be exposed to using Microsoft Office Suites and Power BI for data analysis.

• Technology/Languages: Informix 4GL, XML, Python, C, JAVA, SQL, PL/SQL, Jasper, C# .Net
• DBMS: Informix Dynamic Server 11.x, Oracle 11x
• Middleware: JAVA API, MQ, Web methods, ETL tools, WebLogic
• Others: APAMA, OpenText, Microservices, Power BI, ServiceNow

We will need you to possess the following essential qualities and skills:

• Recognized Degree in IT; Computer Science; Software Engineering, Finance, Business Information Technology or relevant fields
• Above 3.0 CGPA / Second Class upper (Hons)
• Less than 1-year of working experience
• Highly self-motivated team player with good analytical and conceptual thinking, results-driven with initiative and good negotiation skills
• All rounded individual with a deep interest in IT industry who enjoys challenges and strive to work with professionals in IT industry globally
• Able to quickly absorb professional knowledge, good in problem-solving, contribution and leadership
• Eagerness to take responsibility over complex processes and ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written English
