• Developing concepts, graphic and layouts for product illustration, company logos and websites
• To maintain existing web designs and updates od company websites, social media platforms from time to time
• Design image structure for new product and add on to the responsive website, catalogue or brochure
• Ensure that new product and images are uploaded on time and without errors on
• Review and analyse the result for each product monthly
• Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, font style and size
• Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief
• Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
• Penetrate to other e-commerce websites to expose company’s products
• Work on and analyse company’s Facebook advertisement
• Liaise with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadline are met and material is printed to the highest quality
• Assist in any company event/ exhibitions/ fair if necessary
• Assist in marketing support team

Assist in any other duties assigned by superior from time to time

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max
• Possess a creative mind that is always brimming with new ideas
• To devise creatives, create and lay artwork for advertising and promotion.
• Develop marketing collateral to support sales and marketing
• Possess the ability work fast and meet deadlines under pressure
• Independent, initiative, trustworthy, hardworking
