Routine maintenance/repair, as directed involving the following on a daily basis.

Job Descriptions:
Electrical
 To do replacement of fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast (staircase, corridor, and parking area), installation of emergency lighting and “KELUAR” signage.
 To do installation of power switches, wall sockets, fuses, and other electrical components.
 To do rewiring and installation of new cable – damaged and stolen.
 To install/replace damaged and missing electric and telecom trunking cable.
 To do the replacing of a faulty timer for common area lighting.
 All mc’s require preventive maintenance (lighting).

Leaking / Damaged
 To replace the roof (Tiles & asbestos) - roof blown off / missing.
 To patch up the leaking area – roof leaking, slab leaking, bedroom, corridor, staircase, floor, rain gutter, rainwater downpipe, sewerage pipe, ceiling (common area), etc.
 To replace a new end cap if the old one is leaking or damaged.
 To clear water ponding/rubbish – rooftop.

Sewerage
 To clear the manhole - toilet, sink, floor trap, gully trap, rainwater downpipe, sewerage pipe blockage.
 To clear the debris/rubbish from the rooftop – blockage.

Repairing
 To do step edging on a staircase.
 To make cement staircase, corridor, and common area were all chipped off.
 To replace and reweld the missing staircase hand railing.
 To replace damaged floor tiles.
 To replace damaged/missing manhole cover and drain cover.
 To patch up potholes in the parking area.

Painting
 Staircase wall and common area.
 Parking area with numbering and an arrow – car and motorcycle.
 Ceiling – common area.
 Staircase hand railing.

Others
 To collect large amounts of garbage.
 To tree cutting and trimming.
 To remove unwelcome plants from the roof and common areas.

Job Requirements:
 A certificate in plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work would be an advantage.
 Commercial building maintenance experience, including plumbing, HVAC, and BAS / BMS systems.
 Those without relevant qualifications but with 1 or 2 years of related experience are also encouraged to apply.
