Northrop Realty is currently seeking a full-time Home Staging Professional to join our thriving full-service brokerage in Oak Island, North Carolina.
The ideal candidate should have exceptional home staging, home marketing, and written/verbal communication skills. Experience in Real Estate, Residential Design or Product Marketing is preferred.
This individual must be able to commit 50% to client-focused activities and 50% to administrative-focused activities during their full-time work week. The ability to multi-task is paramount as the candidate should perform well under a variety of situations using tact and professionalism. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The Home Staging Professional would handle a variety of major responsibilities to include:
- Provide Staging Consultations for 10+ homes per week with sellers in Oak Island, North Carolina.
- Coordinating and attending photography shoots and virtual tour | 3-D walk-thru shoots with our 3rd party vendor.
- Taking notes during the staging consultations and virtual tour appointments highlighting the features of each home.
- Inputting each home into the Multiple Listing System (MLS) and performing additional detailed administrative tasks related to the marketing of our listings.
- Creating stunning property brochures by selecting photos that showcase the home and writing creative copy to accompany the brochure and MLS listing.
