Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of furnished rentals.
- Cleaning of renovated rentals (this is similar to new construction cleaning).
- Cleaning of rentals post tenant move out (this often involves deep, extensive cleaning and is labor intensive).
- Cleaning of kitchens including thorough cleaning of all appliances and cabinets.
- Changing the sheets and towels in all bedrooms and bathrooms.
- Cleaning of the bathrooms – including toilets, sinks, tubs and showers.
- Mopping of all hardwood and vinyl floors.
- Dusting of all surfaces.
- Vacuuming.
- Restocking of toilet supplies.
- Rearranging of rooms back to order after guests check out.
- Putting all cabinets and drawers back in order in kitchen and baths.
- Ensuring clean sheets are on each bed and that all laundry hampers and pillows are in place.
- Clean/mop/vacuum under all appliances and furniture.
- Launder of sheets, towels, and other dirty linens.
- Restocking of kitchen groceries (if needed).
- Cleaning of paint overspray and baseboards.
- Setting of mouse traps.
- Cleaning of light fixtures, windowsills, oven hoods, and other not commonly cleaned areas.
- General assurance that all amenities are clean and sanitary.
Qualifications:
- Lift heavy loads up to 75 pounds.
- Have a valid driver’s license and legal form of transportation.
- Provide general labor support as needed.
- Have previous experience in housekeeping.
Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license.
- Legal form of transportation.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently for long periods of time.
- Physical stamina.
Benefits:
