Responsibility
1.0 Overall responsible for full spectrum of HR duties in recruitment interviews and selection, training and development, employment welfare and relations, compensation and benefits, office administration and performance management.
2.0 To provide orientation program to newly hired employee . Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints.
3.0 To liaise with HOD to identify staff development training needs.
4.0 To source and arrange training schedule and obtain feedback on the effectiveness of training and evaluation by HOD after training.
5.0 Prepare for meetings (meeting rooms, projectors, tea, fruit...) according to the meeting schedule of departments, prepare documents if assigned, Organizes company events such as company’s dinner, trip, birthday, party and etc.
6.0 Establishes procedures and recommend changes in policy.
7.0 Responsible for HR and general administrative works such as application and renewal of foreign workers’ work permits, updating of company’s organization chart, arranging meeting, taking down minutes, etc.
8.0 Responsible for payroll, KPI preparation and report. Assist the department in performing clerical duties.
9.0 Checking of employees’ daily attendance and overtime claim. Controlling of spare keys and in- charge of festival decoration.
10.0 Responsible for replenishing, ordering and issuing stationery, uniform, safety shoes etc…to keep records up-to-date and filing such as balance leave, correspondences, medical expenses, name list for panel clinics, birthday list and etc.
11.0 Providing general administrative support such as correspondence, forms and reports, processing confidential documents and filing. Answering, transferring phone calls, receiving/sending company documents.
12.0 To ensure and maintain employees’ record are up-to-date on a timely basis. Preparing documents for foreign worker application, renewal, etc.
13.0 To liaise with Immigration, Labour, EPF, SOCSO, FOMEMA, Embassies and other authorities whenever necessary. Support to check with Government Department .
14.0 To co-ordinate matters pertaining to disciplinary issues, penalty and domestic enquiry ensuring cases are resolved amicably and in accordance with Company Policy and statutory requirements.
15.0 To assist MD and Director in providing secretarial and administrative support internally and externally.
16.0 Contact repair and service parties when there is a problem with office equipment, production blocks or Internet services ,handling all the safety team for employee.
17.0 Effectively building, exploiting and managing relationships with recruitment service providers, training institutions, and other partners to establish and develop quality human resources for the company.
18.0 Make reports & Planning according to regulations (day, week, month)
19.0 To comply with ISO9001 QMS in performing daily job.
20.0 To practice and enforce 5S and safety working environment at all the times.
21.0 To feedback immediately to superior for problem encountered.
22.0 To perform other ad-hoc duties or other jobs assigned by the superior from time to time
