Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day operation of the HR functions and duties.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compile and update employee record (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performances evaluations etc)
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rule and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, bonus, leave, etc)
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  • Candidate MUST willing to go out often to submit documents to the relevant department when needed.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior as at when required.
Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource/ Administration/ Management or equivalents.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fair in handling people/ situations with sound judgment, and integrity, and possess problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
  • The ability to exercise discretion with highly sensitive and confidential information is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
