Job Description – HR & Admin Executive
Admin:
Liaise with Authorities Departments
- Maintain and renew for company professional Certificates/License CIDB, MOF, SCORE, BEM, etc
- Update and prepare for the company certificates/license tracking list.
- Order and arrange for visitor refreshments
- Resolve administrative problems and coordinate repairs/maintenance for office
HR:
- Assist and conduct Induction program for new joiner and ensure all documentation complete & correct
- Assist to guide employee to families on HR system
- Monitor and prepare for Daily Attendance Report
- Organise and create employee personal files (softcopy & hardcopy). To ensure proper filing and confidentiality of the personal information.
- Assist in create employee CV according to requirement and need.
- Liaise with insurance vendors (Renewal, Addition and Termination of Staff)
- Liaise with Panel Clinic (Mediviron, Weekly PCR/RTK test for project team & requirement)
- Register and apply for staff training
- Application for HRDF Grants & documentation
- Assist on Training Need Analysis process
- Update on the training record & safe keeping for training certificates
- Update and record for CCD Points to ensure up to CIDB Renewal requirement.
- Assist proposal and participate in company event / activities
- Job posting for new vacancy, filter applicants resumes, and coordinate with candidates on more details information and arrangement for interview session
- Prepare Internship student Offer Letter & Non-Disclosure Agreement
- Assist in prepare resignation process (acceptance of resignation, handover, exit interview)
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
