Job Description

  • Execute and ensuring compliance with Group HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in accordance with the Group HR Policy.
  • Overseeing Recruitment process. Attract and retain of talents as well as management of poor performers.
  • Ensure two-way communication within the organisation, foster a positive and engaged workforce at Asset Management Division.
  • Keep abreast of market developments, labour law and employment issues while running employee relations program.
  • Undertake ad hoc functional or cross functional projects and/or any company's events assigned
  • Manage the administrative aspects of Company Secretarial matters, bridge the gap between Group Company Secretary and the outsourced Company Secretary, Tricor on all Company Secretarial related matters
  • Manage the General Affairs/Admin and Information Technology (IT) related matters, including office amenities/maintenance/support services, and liaison with the relevant outsourced service providers
  • Responsible to oversee the general upkeep of office facilities and maintenance of office equipment

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree with experience in handling full spectrum of HR and general affairs/admin
  • Minimum 12 years of working experience, preferably with 5 years managerial experience
  • Demonstrate accountability and integrity
  • Ability to work in lean and flat structure in dynamic environment
  • Ability to work with managers to assess complex issues pragmatically
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts and analyse situations
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact with and lead employees at various levels
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality as it relates to Human Resources
  • Proficient with HRIS system, Outlook MS Office, including Word, Excel for reporting and data
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
