Position Title: HR Assistant
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM 2,500 - RM 3,000
Responsibilities
.Responsible for monthly payroll processing and ensure all statutory submissions and payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
.Preparation of correspondence letters with regards to HR related matter (Eg: memo, showcause and etc).
.Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
.Day-to-day HR operation & ad-hoc task given by Superior.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Trilingual.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Preferably 2 to 5 years of related working experience in the related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work well under pressure as an individual as well as in a team.
