Job description

1. Ensure that all HR day to day operation run smoothly in the company
2. In charge of all recruitment initiatives
3. Support to department head and other team members
4. Ensure performance management
5. Make team development a priority and Actively involved with other department’s team development
6. Communicate regularly on multiple channel (face to face, written report) and diverse group of people.
7. Proposed, update and monitor compensation and benefit given by the company to the staff.
8. In charge of the overall Staff engagement in the company which includes but not limited to
9. Work together with the HRM in conducting human resources data analytics
11. Ensure that all newly recruited staff are being on board to the company, as per standard and policies.
12. Develop a health relationship with the team members as well as relevant people outside of the organization such as those who are in the government statutory offices.
13. Ensure that all HR related documents are updated and kept safe.
14. To conduct exit interviews and share the analysis of findings with department head and human resources manager.
15. Responsible for the accurate maintenance of information used in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including payroll, personnel, leave and attendance.
16. Support other department head with their human resources needs.
