Job Description:
- Assist in compensation & benefits, performance management and industrial relations.
- To handle staff disciplinary matters and execute appropriate disciplinary action including conduct domestic inquiry whenever required.
- To handle payroll processes.
- Assist in HR related processes such as : letter preparation, leave monitoring and etc.
- Counselling and monitor the progress of employee performance.
- To generate HR reports and statistics.
- Assist in administering depertmental ISO related documents.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc realted duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate mus possess a least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent in any discipline complemented with relevant experience.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in Human Resources, in HR generalist especially in payroll processing & management.
- Good communications skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin.
- Good interpersonal skills with great sense of urgency.
- Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Required skills: MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday: 9.00 am - 1.00 pm
Location:
No. 27, Jalan Persiaran Industri, Bandar Sri Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
(In front of MRT Sri Damansara Barat)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
