Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive cum admin assistant to independently manage and run our Firm's HR and administration activities. This is both a strategic and very hands-on role. You will be tasked to:
- Supervise and monitor daily office operations and manage internal staff relations
- Maintain, develop and implement effective policies by setting up procedures and standards
- Oversee staffs’ adherence to the established policies
- Monitor and maintain efficient supplies inventory, ensuring equipment procurement, office IT systems & software are reviewed and approved accordingly to support staff performance
- Keep updated of latest announcements and circulars related to practice and provide a review for management to act on
- Be in charge of the planning and execution of company events
- Manage up-to-date staff records and administrate all staff documents
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data of the company & staff
- Maintain a safe, secure and inclusive work environment
- Manage office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, and proper filing systems are designed and maintained
- Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations while adhering to legal aspects of resolving workplace disputes in a professional manner
- Completing and submitting various company registration forms and submissions
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Requirements
- Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Office Management / HR Management / Office Administration / Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 2 years of full-time working experience in the HR & Office Management is required
- Candidate must possess a strong command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Able to achieve company objectives, whilst balancing the needs of the company and staff
- Strong interpersonal skill, positive attitude, initiative, proactive, responsible & self-motivated
- Computer literacy including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office, and technology savvy
- Willing to work in Dutamas area
- Possess own transport
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM3,399.00 per month
