Job description

Responsibilities:
To be actively involved in all recruitment activities and to fill vacancies within a time frame.
Short listing of candidate profiles and arrangement of interview.
Pre-screen candidates over the phone, carry out reference checks.
Fathering, sourcing and manage the database of candidates.
Coordinate and follow-up on the overall recruitment process.
Identify, analyze all key recruiting issues and generate appropriate strategies
Regularly monitor, content creation and post for vacancies on various online channels.
Support new staff orientations program, and onboarding activities.
Participate in career fairs, and other recruitment activities/projects.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations matters.
Carry out ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Studies/Administration or related.
Preferably with 3 years working experiences in HR and/or recruitment.
Good team player and strong planning & organizing skill.
Familiar with recruitment channels, resourceful, and positive.
Matured, self-motivated, fast learner, well-organized, and able to adhere to deadlines.
Proficient with MS Office and social media platforms.
Flexible, pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa, and local dialects.
Applicants must be willing to travel when required.
Can work under minimum supervision.
