Position Summary

Principal Responsibilities

1) Ensure of all legal and all local employment law requirements compliance and consistent execution of Human Resources best practices to meet strategic objectives.
2) Develop People Project plans to support the regional business strategic initiatives.
3) Manage the preparation of the monthly/quarterly reports and analysis, lead monthly/quarterly reviews, which includes providing an understanding of the key drivers of variances to plan and forecast.
4) Manage and support HR functional activities such as recruitment, perforts related to designated projects,
5) Key partner to the regional strategic projects team providing insight and support to further the success of each project.
6) Participate in and contribute to project planning / review meetings
7) Support organizational design and change management initiatives.
8) Develop and execute internal communication strategy.
9) Support due diligience in acquisitions and integration of new businesses.
10) Keep abreast of all employment law changes and ensure that the company’s remains compliant with these changes
11) Raise any concerns around employment law compliance with Teleflex Senior Management
12) Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Teleflex’s Code of Conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeing standards.
13) To ensure the implementation and maintenance, within the department, of an effective management for occupational safety and health consistent with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 and other legislative requirements.
14) Ensure Program conforms to the Quality System Regulation (QSR), CMDCAS, MDD 93/42/EEC, MDR, ISO 13485 and other relevant Standards.

Education / Experience Requirements

Qualification : • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/ Psychology Management/ HR Management or equivalent
  • In Depth understanding and knowledge of employment law and employment best practices.
Experience : • 8-10 year’s Human Resources Management experience.
  • Project Management Experience for delivering objectives across multiple sites.
  • Organizational Design experience in developing teams and structures to support business strategy
  • Experience in developing and executing Change Management programs across multiple sites
  • Microsoft office
