Job description
- Responsible for the administration and human resource related matters.
- Responsible for timely payroll processing such as checking and manage claims and leave management.
- Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, adjustment and appraisal.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintain good filling system and proper document recording.
- Provide administrative support to the company, purchase upkeep and maintenance of office/equipment/fixed assets, ensure sufficient stationary stock.
- Ensure all administrative work are properly coordinated.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when delegated.
