Perform full spectrum of Human Resource Task for 4 company (shared service), in total 60 workers. Assist by account and administration executives from respective companies, direct report to Branch Manager. • Oversee monthly payroll processing using UBS payroll and ensure compliance with the government authorities i.e. such as EPF, SOCSO and LHDN and laws i.e. employment law and industrial relations act. • Maintain and review the Company’s HR Policy, SOPs and Employee Handbook and recommend improvements on HR practices and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations. • Oversees a variety of Human Resources and Administrative programs and functions, and often navigate the areas of employee experience and development. • Have a deep understanding of the businesses and their processes in designated cluster and possess business acumen • Participate in establishing and/or controlling HR budget • Ensure projects and initiatives are managed with rigor and appropriate follow-up • Facilitate change efforts of small-to-moderate scale and complexity • Ensure strong employee communications across client groups particularly through times of change. Strategic Thinking • Deep understanding of key business drivers, goals, vision and values and how the people influence these • Liaise directly with CEO, Management and be accountable for the performance of the HR function as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters; • Work closely and in partnership with the CEO and Management team to set direction and challenge the norm; • Act as a trusted advisor who is comfortable giving opinion and expertise. Employee Engagement • Design and develop employee feedback programs; • Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data with the aim of creating a better working environment and engaged culture; • Taking oversight of the company’s culture. • Develop company wellbeing, health and counselling policies/programs General HR & Admin Operations/ ad hoc assignments • Overseas onboarding & off boarding process • Others HR & Admin related operations • Any other job assignments required by the CEO and/or the Management from time to time. • Review employee handbook, policies and process, etc. Job Requirements • Good planning skills and deadline-oriented is a must. • Possess a recognized Degree /Bachelor Degree or Higher in Human Resources Management or related field. • Business acumen – ability to understand the role of the business functions, senior management and objectives of the overall organization. • High level of integrity and emotional intelligence. • Good analytical and organizing skills with strong command of written and spoken English / Bahasa Malaysia. Report writing skills are a must, while not necessary to be a outspoken person. • Computer literate is a big plus.MCKIFT Management Committee Sdn.
