1. To assists in undertaking preliminary screening of candidates based on Job Description and reference letters/reports provided is unclear. 2. To inform of offer of employment to successful applicants who have been offered employment with the Hotel and inform to report for duty at Human Resources Department. 3. To ensure Human Resources Checklist is completed by applicants on day of reporting for duty at the Human Resources Department. To assist in briefing of the overall hotel operation to the staff and handover employee to department concerned. 4. To record attendance of participants on completion of formal training programs conducted in-house. 5. To prepare monthly staff strength report against budgeted staff strength. 6. Keep track of all personnel records. e.g., sick, public holiday, SOCSO claims, absenteeism and disciplinary records 7. Follow up on Staffs' Performance Evaluation and Staff's Confirmation.( 1st, Final, yearly, bonus 8. To prepare warning and show-cause letters 9. .To administer employee recognition programs. i.e. Employee of the month award, employee of the year award. Full attendance, award and no MC award. 10. Maintains all employee accident records and undertake liaison SOCSO regarding employee claims. 11. To check on monthly attendance records against thumb prints. 12. To follow up and update and allocate the existing locker system to rank and file staff. 13. To undertake coaching and consulting of rank and file staff as and when necessary. 14. To assists in collation of data for salary and benefit administration with competitors to determine competitive wage rate for the hotels. 15.
