Job: Human Resource Officer (Management) Industry: Food and Beverage Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen Job Scope / Responsibilities: • Administering and managing human resources plans for departments • Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding • Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department • Checking payroll provided by payroll officer. • Communicate with bosses and all the head of departments • Guide departments for training schedule. • Design KPI for all departments. Requirements: • Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage) • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field. • Possess minimum Diploma or Degree qualification in HR or related field. • Good in communication skills, Problem-solving skills and Team Player • Preferable female candidates. Salary range: RM2500++ (Depending on working experience) Benefits: Bonus, Annual Leave, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Attendance Allowance and Attendance Reward.
