Job Description
Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems. Provides leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
Coordinates all Human Resources training programs and assigns the authority/responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs. Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee onboarding or orientation, management development, the measurement of training impact, and training transfers.
Establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce.
Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company on any topic associated with employee relations and employee rights.
Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation. Conducts periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and employee engagement.
Coaches and trains managers in their communication, feedback, recognition, and interaction responsibilities with the employees who report to them. Makes certain that the managers know how to successfully, ethically, honestly, and legally communicate with employees.
Establishes the company salary structure, pay policies, and oversees the variable pay systems within the company including bonuses and increments.
Keeps the Management team informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of company goals, and those that are not being addressed adequately at the line management level.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Manage and coordinate the Company Business Objective and Personal Business Objective (PBO)

Job Requirement:
Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act & Labour Laws and Grievance Procedures
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
Experience in implementing, maintaining and improving relevant systems and procedures
Familiarity across the recruitment process
Independent, sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentiality
Well organized with strong time management skills

Qualification:
At least Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
Proven record in a management role with at least 3 years experience.
Well verse in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to work under own initiative, long and irregular hours.
Good motivational skills.
A team player, capable of effectively working in a matrix organization.
Leadership and influencing skills.
Independent and resourceful.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
