• Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Assist with performance management procedures
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
• Process payroll and resolve any payroll errors
• Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice
• Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Assist in office management and organization procedures
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• 2 and above years of experience in HR Management
• Extensive background in Human Resources and knowledge of labour legislation
• Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point) and various HR systems
• Expert management skills with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect with employees regarding all HR matters

dengan pendaftaran Kelas ‘B’, dan pada tahun 2001 telah dinaikkan taraf sebagai Kontraktor JKH Kelas ‘A’ meliputi Kawasan Utara iaitu Negeri Kedah, Perlis, Pulau Pinang dan Perak.
