Responsibilities:
This HR generalist position will support the Business Operations Manager in the day-to-day HR operations. The work effort associated with this position would include but not limited to:
Talent Acquisition
- Assist the HR team & Recruiter in managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization manpower’s needs.
- Support hiring process: posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- HR administration
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
- Support HRBP and Finance function
- Responsible for the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
- Manage the onboarding of new hires, confirmation, and offboarding/clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Maintaining master list of all employees in the HRMS system and our recruitment database.
- Responsible for expatriate management
- Maintain staff leave, medical, claims & attendance / absenteeism records
- Preparing new employee files and other ad-hoc administration duties as required
- Maintaining current HR files and databases
- Providing customer service to organization employees
- Support management in preparing slides, providing data and input for the monthly review with the client.
Compensation & Benefits
- Handling EPF, SOCSO, EIS, & PCB and other prevailing statutory payment (online)
- To maintain all resources personal and payroll information by collecting, entering, calculating, and updating the data in payroll system
- To collect the payroll timesheet from each location twice a month
- To prepare the payroll and billing reports for the Top Management and Finance Dept for approval and payment purposes
- To prepare the payslips and distribute to all resources after salary has been released
- To assist any inquiries from the resources regarding the salary, benefits, and other HR matters
- To check all the expenses, OT & claims
- Any work related as advised and assigned by the immediate Superior and Management
- Assist in monthly update of new joiner insurance enrollment and resignee deletion with our insurer
