Pay: Up to $32.00/hr, depending on experience

Position Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing. Develop training programs for the service department as needed and directed.

Work Hours: 7:00 - 5:00 with some overtime and on call

Location: Fishersville, VA

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check
• Universal EPA Certification
• Low Voltage License
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Experience repairing and replacing decisions.
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest in tools used in the Service of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to invest time in in-service training seminars and classes.
• Work from a 28' extension ladder and a 12' step ladder.
• Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
• Experience in training and mentoring service technicians.
• Nate Core Certification & Acquire Specialty Certifications within 1 Year of Service Technician.
