Job description
Focal person in managing request and update inventory for laptop/pc, IT accessories,
projectors, smart board, stationery, and PPE for staffs.
Assist to install technical applications
Review Timesheet, invoices, and disputes
Managing store and Office Service Room
Focal for logistic arrangement – Office & Offshore
Understand Power BI function for data analysis, interactive dashboard, visualization tool and others
Organizing and schedule appointments and meetings
Manage email, letters, packages, phone call and other forms of correspondence
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
