- Create and utilize capacity models to enable accurate assessment of production loading and scheduling
- Perform manufacturing line balancing, capacity analysis and production scheduling with cross functional team
- Explore Data Analytics tools, analyse and resolve capacity constraint in order to support manufacturing commitment to customer orders and demands
- Conduct Value Stream Mapping studies and create improvement plans based on the VSM results
- Perform manufacturing efficiency efforts in terms of cycle time, OEE improvement and resolve bottleneck
- Lead Automation and global IE projects to reduce cost, improve capacity & efficiency.
- Design layout of equipment, materials and workspaces using CAD & taking into consideration ergonomics factor
- Research and explore new manufacturing approaches and processes to drive for continuous improvement using lean techniques
- Actively participate in Warehouse Management activities and projects
