- Undertake the design project from concept to completion.
- Visiting project sites to study space availability, design needs and purpose of the space.
- Attending meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
- Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements.
- Working closely with contractors, vendors to implement design ideas such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians etc.
- Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
- Constantly updated on trends and improvement in interior designing to enhance the design concept and overall drawing perspective.

- Possess at least a Bachelor / Diploma in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or equivalent.
- Proven working experience in designing and decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning etc.)
- Creativity and expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp or other 3D software.
- Able to generate detailed section drawings and attention to details.
- Able to handle clients and projects independently.
- Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
- Good in communication and presentation skills.
