Connected Health Care is partnered with a small critical access facility looking to grow in the quality of care for patients by adding an accomplished Internal Medicine Doctor to their team. Job Description:
The Internal Medicine Doctor will oversee prescribing and/or administering medication. Provide therapy and other necessary medical care to treat or prevent illness and disease. The Internal Medicine Doctor will treat common health problems and complex illnesses in adolescents, adults, and the elderly. They will focus on helping patients manage chronic diseases and coordinating care. This is a new program and new position, the team at the facility believe the clinic will grow quickly once a great provider joins the facility!

Requirements/Details:
Must be board-certified in Internal Medicine.

Great personality and bedside manner.

Willing to relocate for the right opportunity.
