Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for country logistics planning and solution design, both short-term and long-term. Regarding different stages of e-commerce development and different categories, work with cross functional teams to identify pain points, design the optimal solutions and optimize processes, procedures and system to gain better performance for platform, merchants, consumers, creators, institutions and ecology.
• Solutions include but not limited to local warehousing, warehouse network design, B2C distribution, carrier management, province/city/lane optimization, local and cross-border transportation, demand planning, logistics procurement, etc.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams, resources and channels, ensure the designed solution is launched with high quality and rollout as planned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of working experience in e-commerce logistics. System or process building from scratch is a bonus.
• E-commerce thinking, customer-oriented, spirit of exploration, strong sense of responsibility, strong data analysis skill and project management skill, and rich experience in cross functional communication and coordination
