To achieve the learning outcome, you will be assigned with the following responsibilities:
Full Spectrum of Recruitment Process (such as sourcing resume, pre-screening, interviewing until extending the offer to successful candidate).
Support Employee Engagement activities in terms of idea contribution, creative drafting, and sourcing for vendors.
Support team with various administrative tasks as needed (such as paperwork).
Other Related ad-hoc tasks/ activities will be assigned.
To be selected for the internship program, we are expecting the below qualifications:
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any equivalent academic background.
Candidate must be skillful in communication and is detail-oriented.
Good command of the English language.
Internship period of 4 months or more, and to be based at Subang Jaya.
Able to start in mid-December 2022 onwards.
