Responsibilities:
Payroll:

• Learn all of KVC's Payroll System and support the team with various projects and tasks
• Data input and validation
• Analyze and reconcile records
• Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor

Talent Acquisition:

• Assist in the recruitment process of interns and employees
• Calling candidates for phone screening
• Assist in managing the onboarding process of new hires
• Prepare personal files for employees
• Key in new hires information a day before their onboarding
• Other ad-hoc tasks requested by supervisor

Requirements:

• Candidate must be taking at least bachelor's degree in human resource management or

Business Administration or any relevant course.

• Have good communication skills
• Have knowledge in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Internship duration: at least 3 months
• Willing to work in Bandar Baru Bangi
