What will you do

The Senior Financial Analyst Costing Analyst is responsible for all Inventory Technical Adjustments: Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB), Lower of Cost or Market (LCM), Full Absorption Adjustment (FAA) and Inventory Revaluation (Reval):

• The Technical Adjustment SFA will be a part of a nimble finance team that supports all sites across the entire NAM Consumer Supply Chain (both internal and external), consolidates all NAM Gross to Net Inventory Reporting, manages all Affiliate processes and provides plant support across all Internal Manufacturing sites in the NAM Consumer Supply Chain. This role partners heavily with Planning and Finance.
• The Technical Adjustment SFA will work closely with our NAM Consumer Supply Chain Make and Planning teams to manage all Inventory Technical Adjustments: Slow Moving and Obsolete Inventory (SLOB), Lower of Cost or Market (LCM), Full Absorption Adjustment (FAA) and Inventory Revaluation (Reval).
• The Technical Adjustment SFA will have the opportunity to learn about J&J Consumer products and their supply chain, while gaining valuable insights into how consumer purchasing trends impact our net inventory.
• The Technical Adjustment SFA will manage all major budget cycles for all GTN inventory adjustments and manage the quarterly close process.
• The Technical Adjustment SFA will get the leverage of operating within the vast Kenvue global structure while also getting the experience and exposure to the Internal Manufacturing Sites of NAM Consumer Supply Chain in the US and Canada.
• The Technical Adjustment SFA is responsible for ensuring compliance to Sarbanes Oxley and maintaining/ establishing compliance processes where necessary.

What we are looking for

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required with a major in Finance or Accounting preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of finance experience or related business experience
• Must have effective communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills with ability to independently translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be a self-starter ready to take the initiative to drive business results and enhance current processes.
• This position can be based out of any NJ/PA location but open to other accommodations

• Experience in SAP, OneStream, and Alteryx
• Prior experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to various levels of leadership
• A CPA, CMA or MBA is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $73,000 – $117,300.
