Our client, a reputable E-Commerce Solution Services Provider that is growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand and they are currently expanding their IT team. They are currently seeking for a passionate IT Engineer to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their IT team to provide support for their Commercial and Operations teams when it comes to both hardware and software related matters.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting company backend systems, namely QubeWMS for inventory management and Warehouse Management
• Archiving and maintaining company data with high integrity
• Support hardware and software issues for the team, including laptops, internet and network related hardware and software
• Ensuring high uptime and smooth operations for all related systems on a daily basis
• Managing company email and all related access
• Managing company’s data storage, cloud systems and all related access
• Managing IT security matters for the company
• Managing e-commerce platforms’ API systems
• Managing backend systems-related functions
• Inventory management, stock check and investigation into discrepancies
• Developing a strong relationship with the Commercial team, Operations team, external E-commerce platform teams and other stakeholders
• Ongoing research, suggestions and discussions with Management on all IT and Systems-related improvement, procurement and maintenance

Additional Information/ Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Management or relevant field is required
• Preferably 2-8 years’ experience in IT, systems, or similar fields of work
• Knowledge of IT systems, especially QubeWMS and SQL is highly appreciated for the role

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

• Fast learner and self-starter with a creative and proactive mindset
