Job description

Responsibility :

• Conducting requirements analysis and preparing specific proposals for modified and enhancements of systems. Open to new ideas and change initiatives, with abilities to modify the current approach in the face of new demand in system enhancement and analysis. Conducting Design test scenarios for software usability, analyzing running result and report observation on the effectiveness and defect to the design team with User Acceptance testing(UAT) documentation.
• Analyzing use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility. Execute all levels of User Acceptance testing (UAT).
• Customer focus and goal orientated with keen attention to detail. Provide testing feedback to system analysis team with system debugging and fixing result.
• Managing coordination at a local and international level where required from International marketing Directors, International business department or distributors.
• Manage team member's performance and ensure tasks are done within the deadline.

Requirement :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Skilled in problem diagnosis and resolution with users on application queries, problems and take appropriate action promptly on gathering of requirements and maintain industry knowledge.
• Examining, design, develop solutions and testing according to system specification with standards in development, maintenance and and testing in best practices.

• Ensure solution developed meeting or exceed require standards, quality, and deliver on time. Analyzing and executing test result on database impacts, software usability, errors, bugs or usability.
• Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business. Preparing reports on all aspects related to the software testing carried out and reporting to the design team by providing input requirements and potential problems.
• Strong planning and organization skills. Great interpersonal and communication with critical thinking skills with detail-oriented mindset.
• Provide operational support and ongoing maintenance and enhancement after implementation.
• Maintain application support technical documentation.
