- Transition of IT operations from incumbent Managed Service Providers to our Managed Services
- Validate the scope of existing IT Operations and highlight the gaps
- Analyse and highlight the risks associated with transitions of existing operations
- Provide Risk mitigation plan and Stop-gap arrangement considering the existing IT scenarios
- Conduct on-site audit and document all IT infrastructure towers such as Network Applications, Systems, End users etc
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in IT Operations including Infrastructure, Applications & End-users etc
- Ensure project documentation handover to client
- Knowledge of ITIL practices and process is required
- Strong research, investigation and evaluation skills, with a structured approach to problem solving
- Experience using Trouble ticketing tools such as Servicenow/remedy for handling trouble tickets
- Working experience in Service Now, Microsoft Projects, and other Project Management related Tools
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of relevant experience in IT Operations including Infrastructure, Applications & End-users etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Should be proficient in the local language
- Excellent interpersonal skills and should be a team player
- Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
- Strong technology background is required
- Aptitude to acquire new technology and concepts quickly
- Should be able to Work from office
- Flexible with Business travel to Singapore and Philippines
