How You'll Make a Difference:
The IT Manager will be working 100% of the time out of our Albuquerque, NM Office location. Provides technical and administrative support, using operating systems and a variety of application software. Maintains adequate knowledge of existing hardware and software, in order to maximize efficiency of the network.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees and executes the installation of operating systems and application software for the entire company as directed by the IT Director
- Provides continuous computer/network support relating to software and hardware problems reported by all users of the company and its’ subsidiaries
- Installs new software applications or hardware on the LAN, coordinating assistance from third parties when necessary at the direction of the IT Director
- Maintains a high level of client satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution
- Maintains an adequate level of knowledge of operating system and application software being used to provide high level of support to all users
- Serves as an active team member to the 24/7 IT Support Team
- Maintains accurate inventory of all software
- Ensures all department receipts are submitted to the appropriate designee by deadlines to ensure accurate tracking.
- Adheres to the departmental budget
- Enforces all IT department procedures at all locations
- Ensure Customer Service is timely and accurate on a daily basis
- Contribute to improving Customer Support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Provide customer feedback to appropriate internal teams (example Development staff)
- Assisting with facility requests as needed
Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of Healthcare IT experience
- Understanding of technology terminology
- Experience in IT management preferred
- Experience with Office 365 management and SharePoint experience a plus
- Experience with Azure AD management and administration
- Experience supporting both Apple and Windows devices
- Network infrastructure setup, and wiring experience
