Assistant Manager IT Service Design:

• Define Malaysia’s IT-strategy considering policy and strategy of central, the region and internal company’s mission, strategy & objectives
• Define IT policy, landscape, methods and operation in order to achieve synergies, efficiency, and standardization
• Development and Optimization of IT support for companywide business processes-, function-, data- and technology models
• Define optimum business infrastructure, environment, media and equipments
• Establish IT Governance
• Responsible for IT projects and demand management
• Steering and monitoring the plan, built and rollout phases of IT projects
• Guidance for the business unit in IT matters.
• Define and negotiating service delivery standard (Service Level Agreement) with the business units and external parties
• Supervision and monitor performance, quality service and technical support
• Escalation Management
• Controlling and Benchmarking of IT operation including the Vendors
• Maintain up-to-date Knowledge based Database
• Responsible to define & supervise implementation of company wide Information Security concepts & measures
• Supervision of data protection and company regulations implementation in information security & IT area
• Planning and negotiating of companywide operating and capital budgets for IT, office equipments and facilities
• Ensuring appropriate strategic and operational investments
• Monitoring and controlling of budget achievements
• Development of business cases for the IT Projects & Change Request
• Managing and planning of employees and external support.
• Liaise with Functional Teams for various IT activities.
• Ensure the right and balanced skills
• Negotiating with and benchmarking several IT and office vendors
