Client Background: An international supplier of Geographic Information System (GIS) software, web GIS and geodatabase management applications.
Industry: Information Technology – Geographic Information System
Location: Petaling Jaya
Working hour: Normal working hour (1st 4 months will be working under night shift due to training session with USA team).
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Tenure: Contract 2 years renewable basis
Responsibilities:
Provide high quality technical support to effectively diagnose and resolve Incidents.
Reproduce and document technical issues using prescribed processes Escalate more complex issues and bugs to senior staff
Maintain high availability and meet the published schedule.
Review technical documentation
Requirements:
Degree in Information Technology/geography/equivalent
Experience in technical support environment or in using ARCGIS software during employment, internship, or FYP
Strong English communication and Mandarin due to business needs
Fresh graduates that have experienced in using ARCGIS software is encourage to apply.
