Position: Technical Support Specialist (Korean English: Bilingual)

Job Description:
As a Bilingual Technical Support Specialist (Korean English), you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the IT infrastructure at our new US headquarters. Your primary focus will be providing technical support and troubleshooting to our employees, both in English and Korean. You will ensure smooth operations, address user issues, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide all levels of technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via email, primarily in Korean and English.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications. (E.g.: VOIP, PC Set up, Security, Camera's, ERP support, setting up conference rooms. Printer set up.)
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of workstations, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
  • Monitor and respond to service requests, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Participate in IT projects related to infrastructure setup, system upgrades, and software rollouts.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Knowledge of SAP (Preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting in a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network concepts.
  • Familiarity with IT service management tools and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours and occasional travel as needed.
