Job Scope & Duties:
- To troubleshoot Company IT problems ;
- To configure hardware and software, implement backup process and assess systems for upgrades or replacement ;
- Ensure all new purchases of IT hardware are compatible ;
- Ensure all license are renewed ;
- Manage Network security through access controls, backups and firewalls ;
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies ;
- Perform other duties as assigned .
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science / Information technology or equivalent.
- Work under minimum supervision and has sense of urgency in responding to technical support.
- Good Knowledge of computer hardware, computer troubleshooting.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
